The 2023 JSC annual staff meeting took place from December 4 to 6, 2023, at the serene Mindol Metta Karuna Reflection Centre in Siem Reap. This gathering provided an excellent opportunity for JSC staff members to forge stronger bonds and deepen their understanding across intra and extra-regional offices. During the event, a mental health care workshop, conducted by Maryknoll Mental Health, emphasized the significance of mental well-being and equipped staff with strategies to address emotional distress effectively. Additionally, the JSC Ecology Team led an ecology workshop, enhancing staff awareness and practice in ecological matters. 🌿🌟🌏
